Mix Resto is a blend of the knowledge and skills that our team has gained over the years in the restaurant world. The menu at Mix Resto changes seasonally, and the process traditionally begins with the chef travelling around the world before creating each new menu. We respect both food and ingredients and work closely with local professional farmers, hunters and fishermen.
