Fresh local ingredients are given a place in nostalgic dishes, reimagined with a slightly more modern touch. We use as much produce, eggs and meat from small local farms as possible. We also preserve and serve forest and garden produce that we have gathered ourselves. Pure and authentic Estonian food — just like at grandmother’s house!
