In the spring of 2015, Restaurant Trofe was opened in Tallinn’s Old Town, at the Meriton Old Town Garden Hotel.
The restaurant’s name comes from Norwegian and means a hunting trophy.
Trofe’s menu offers a contemporary take on well-known and beloved Estonian and Scandinavian dishes, and in the spirit of Nordic cuisine features game, meat, and fish from the Baltic countries and Scandinavia.
In addition, the menu includes classic Nordic starters and tempting desserts.
