Ocean 11

Ocean 11 is a seafood restaurant with a magnificent sea view, located at the Tallinn Port Cruise Terminal – with the sea on one side and the harbor on the other. Our floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious and light-filled atmosphere, and the restaurant is part of an award-winning architectural building. We are a Silverspoon 2024 Fine Dining finalist and hold the White Guide 2023 and Falstaff 2024 quality labels. We are also a member of the Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association. Our menu offers the best seafood, as well as forest, farm, and meat dishes, with a preference for local and organic ingredients. We follow sustainable practices and Green Key criteria.
